The 28cm Stockhom is a work of art. It is perfectly balanced with a smooth handle that makes maneuvering the pan effortless. My hubby was a chef for years and these pans are higher quality than he is used to in the restaurants.  He made over easy eggs with no oil or butter and they just slide around the pan. The crisp is perfect and rarely is oil or butter needed in the pan. They are deep with nice sides for making deeper dishes or baking meals in the oven.  This pan maked the nicest golden brown Fritatta I have ever made and it was gone so fast. If you need a new frying pan and non stick and enviromentally friendly are on your list than Green Pan is a must in any kitchen.

I love this pan so much! This is your crape pan, your omelette pan,  your everything pan  that doesnt need a big frying pan . Egg in the Hole- My kids love these alot!!
